Author Registration and Manuscript Submission Guide
Registration Policy
Please note the following:
- Registration is intended exclusively for authors who wish to submit a manuscript to the journal.
- User accounts that do not submit a manuscript within 48 hours of registration may be automatically removed from the system.
- Authors are strongly advised not to create multiple accounts. Only one active account per author will be maintained.
Registration and Submission Process
Step 1: Create an Account
To begin the manuscript submission process, click on the “Register” option available in the main menu of the journal website.
Step 2: Complete Your Registration Details
Choose an appropriate username and enter a valid and frequently monitored email address.
Step 3: Receive the Password Setup Link
After completing the registration form, a password creation link will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 4: Check Your Spam Folder
If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
Step 5: Create a Secure Password
Click the password setup link and create a strong and secure password for future access to the submission system.
Step 6: Confirm Your Password
Re-enter your selected password to complete the setup process.
Step 7: Log In to the Submission System
Access your account using your username and password.
Step 8: Submit Your Manuscript
After logging in, proceed with the manuscript submission process.
Authors are required to:
- Select the appropriate manuscript category (e.g., Original Research Article, Review Article, Short Communication, etc.).
- Upload the complete manuscript file.
- Upload all associated figures, tables, supplementary files, and supporting materials where applicable.
Step 9: Await Editorial Correspondence
Once the submission process has been completed successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Subsequent communications regarding the review and editorial process will also be conducted via email.
Password Recovery
If you forget your password, please use the “Forgot Password” option available on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Important Notice
Authors should refrain from creating multiple user accounts. All correspondence, manuscript tracking, and editorial communications will be conducted through the primary registered account.
